无法出现全屏按钮

机型：小新air15 测试浏览器：chrome浏览器 webstorm:最新版（截至2022-7-11） 描述：进度条只有在进入F12之后才会出现，全屏按钮不论是否设置，是否进入开发者模式，均无法出现。

报错啦！！！
