Did you do run a profiler? I could imagine running that for ever, blockpos slowing things down immensely.

Does it still crash when you add `create` to the Spectrum configs `IntegrationPacksToSkipLoading` list?
There is no sensible reason AE2 shouln't follow the same convention. Everything that does will inherently allow the player to break progression and encourage an afk playstyle, compared to upgrading...
