That would indeed be cool and would nicely fit into the theme of the next update. Maybe, maybe!
Since Ink behaves more like a gas, I do not think adding a fluid variant would be fitting, thematically. Some other form of colored fluid could be nice, though.
I'll have to think about this some more. Definitely a valid concern.
Spectrums potions use the vanilla `CustomPotionEffects` nbt tag to store their effects, instead of being fixed potion items.

If you mean the server log event "Hanging entity at invalid position" that is just https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-252934 - purely visual and not the reason for the crash.
If you still got the full crash logs @aolsen96 & @zonosaki we might be able to tell you the cause of the crash.
