I just reopened the link, and I got a white screen after clicking to expand the Commodity Supplemental Food Program on the net income page.
For 2024, the payroll tax rate is 0.74% up to the 2024 Social Security cap ($168,600). Employers pay 0.21%; employees pay 0.53%. [Reference](https://paidleave.wa.gov/estimate-your-paid-leave-payments/)
I was able to find take-up rates for 2016 to 2020. Having trouble finding sources for the other parameters.
