`virtual_network_subnet_id` is always reset when connecting to virtual network using `azurerm_app_service_virtual_network_swift_connection`

Just wanted to confirm that this is an issue for the azurerm_linux_web_app resource as well. I think this is probably obvious to most users, but for the moment the workaround...

100% agreed with @thomasbeauvais -- it's one thing when Azure has an underlying bug that cannot be addressed, it's another when this seems to all observers to be a provider...
