Windows support

Currently, RAFCON does not support Windows as target platform and it is nor trivial to setup GTK under Windows. However, it is doable. I think only a few modifications are enough to make RAFCON run under Windows and to provide an executable for it.

This issue does not have any priority and I only opened it to collect information I stumbled upon.

See for example the instructions how Gaphor can be run under windows. They have an installer that creates a ready-to-run executable!
