Again meta data of library ports are screwed after insertion

This Issue is not allowed to be closed without a test because we fixed it already 5 times.

To reproduce:

• insert a library with some ports
• check outcomes and data ports meta data and see how those are screwed

The bug is not occurring at the moment I do not remember that I fixed it again but it was broken. I will try to write a test for it and close the issue when I or somebody else has done this.

Core problem is that the ports meta is screwed if a library state with meta data is inserted. Similar things happened in the past if the library state is substituted as template. General we should no more close bug issues without writing a test.
