Add theming not used by Mac including: - [ ] Menu bar - [x] Dropdowns

The Git and Status colors are very bright, which seems great for editor linter warnings and git gutter decorations, but are a little over bright/distracting in the file explorer view....

Currently the keyword color is bright, but not really bright b/c lots of things (including punctuation) end up being keyword tokens. It might look nice to add a subtler color...
