Error in ciftify_peaktable

This is related to this issue https://github.com/edickie/ciftify/issues/166 As a temporary fix, if you run `export PATH=/usr/lib/fsl/5.0:${PATH}` before ciftify_peaktable it'll find the correct version of the 'cluster' command

ciftify_recon_all fails occasionally with returncode 1

This is a very late response, and probably not needed anymore buuuut... are any of those directories you're using on NFS? That error crops up sometimes with singularity and it...
