What might cause it? And how to prevent it?

Guys if somebody knows how to fix the sync, please share. Its been a month I cannot sync and cannot send any transactions.

Didn't help 10 and didn't help 5... I almost gave up with sync...

Is there any solution for this issue? My node is the same 97-99% all the time, chain download didn't help, restart didnt help...
