Same problem after Docker for windows update to 16762. The best solution for avoid to use windows : Install WSL (Windows Subsytem linux) and install docker engine. After, change DOCKER_HOST...

Finally, i swhitched on Archlinux with i3wm... My old setup, for local development and keep windows on dual booting for other business devs... All work fine on Linux hosted D4D
