In this case Windows Defender is acting like every other Anti-Virus ... I get the same thing with BitDefender. Saying "trust me it's fine" is not a way to reassure...

Installed on Server 2022 Standard Edition and getting the same results. HBBS is pegging at 97%+ while all other processes are .5% or less .... attached screenshot is the same...
