Please support consuming chatInstructions, chatPromptFiles, and the chatModes (now agentModes?) from VSCode extensions as [documented here](https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_105#_prompt-and-instructions-file-contributions) as well as auto-updating of extensions to allow for centralized, efficient management & sharing.
