This doesn't seem like a bug to me. I wouldn't expect GIMP to sanitize/escape a slash in a filename, same goes for OpenRCT2. Just my two cents.

Some other services would work without explicitly being added to the list of providers should you implement [oEmbed's method of discovery](https://oembed.com/#section4). For example, that bitchute page has discoverable oEmbed data.
