Wrong time format for the last "start" with merged suite results in RF7/rebot

The RF7 time format is currently start="2024-03-21T12:18:45.630269" for all the date/time fields. But after a merge using rebot, the last "start" field has the following format : start="2024-03-21T13:36:43"
