Hello @Athira2199 ! Yes, it's still open. The plan is to go about building the common components: Navbar, Footer & then proceed to developing the pages. Do comment which component you'd be working on.

(use reactstrap components wherever applicable) (u can see a draft Navbar contribution in PR)
