It seems like ETF causes the issues and not Enchancement. Removing ETF (and EMF) fixed the startup crash.

It keeps happening unfortunately, here's another crash from a different player. https://mclo.gs/Vsk7rc3 For some reason this crash almost always happens when my players explore the nether.
