Unfortunately there is no arm64 binary available for lemminx so your rpi is currently unsupported by lemminx itself.

Heyho, swift-mesonlsp has been deprecated because it was replaced by meson-lsp as the author rewrote it in C++. Meson-lsp is for meson files not for Swift files btw.

I would wait until all the tools are available in the mason-registry. If you want I can try to make prs for that as I somewhat regularly contribute to it
