Good idea and it could possibly be made by a simple trigger linking to a actor in the game. It technically already exists too via the "mid" and "response" categories...
This has happened to me too. It also breaks the monitor screens when you are viewing say Wheatley or Glados. The monitor doesn't break when i put a viewing camera...
