PhoneGap wrapped apps - shrinking splashscreen

The splashscreen shrinks just before it dissappears. I think this might only affect retina devices. It looks something like this: 

When you tap the 'load more' message, it should change to 'loading ...' as per the specification.

Complete implementation of geolocation

Handle the instances where geolocation is unavailable or disabled. Also applies to Titanium, HTML5 needs checking.

The Sencha Touch implementation currently uses a pull-to-fetch-more behaviour. The spec descrbes having an item at the bottom of the list that is clicked to load more items.

The Sencha Touch implementation has a large loading indicator overlay - the specification describes a small spinner / indicator within the search field.

Add a Marmalade implementation

I think MoSync looks interesting, C++ with native UI - similar to Xamarin: http://www.mosync.com/ I have emailed them to see if they want to contribute.
