That fix was done with https://github.com/miniupnp/miniupnp/commit/947b69873bb3ddd439aa6979152598389e616e6a. Which is only on master at the moment and not yet in a release.
Transmission nightlies have been freezing on quit for 10 seconds ever since I started using them, more than a year ago. But that is tracked by #4759 at the moment...
> Also, some time ago Transmission displayed "Quitting" badge in Dock, dunno why this was removed. @nevack see #2495
>I can post the whole thing if needed. No need. Your stack trace isn't symbolised, it's all with "???": > 17 ??? (Transmission + 9656) [0x1025d25b8] And it's 100% reproducible...
As a reminder, the initial scope of this issue is a UI issue described by ckerr and consists of adding: > a little popup saying "Sending upload/download totals to tracker…"...
Maybe? All the info I have was copy pasted in the crash log in the issue. Just not worth having an assert for a 1 tick difference.
I've already approved the PR. The rest is not in my hands.
I'd prefer to only bump to tagged releases, unless the dependency is abandoned. Don't you think **small** is going to have a patch release for this?
> I don't see benefit for making it configurable. Linear storage on disk maybe? By having sequential download and last piece last. But hardly an issue in 21st century filesystems.
> > I see no need at all to download the last chunk early. > > Not normally, but when you enable this, the user is making certain video torrents...
