Can't use run-wasm

tested on my linux machine as well, same issue

`dx serve --addr 0.0.0.0` causes error in fullstack app

After looking into it further, I noticed that pressing "/" to reveal more commands also reveals a network port which does respect the --addr flag ` │ Network: http://0.0.0.0:63365 `
