permission is handle by permission_handler, no need to add external permission for camera access.

It is not available yet, we will add default option in next release.

@tringuyen53 It is little more complicated then just setting ScanType.qr since It uses different mechanism for web and mobiles. I will look into it.

@mogbebs Reading barcode not only depend on camera, but also with qr/barcode as well. some scanner does not support certain barcode. If you could share me barcode, snippet or video...
