Are you able to build Decaf using [these](https://github.com/decaf-emu/decaf-emu/blob/master/BUILDING.md) instructions? If so, this is an issue that should be reported to the AUR comments.

On my S10e, I had to go into the settings app and change *Display* > *Full screen apps* > *Firebird Emu* from *Auto* to *Full screen*.
