I did have that problem , but i fixed it with some code modification. Including all of my dumb commits might fix it.
You can't unlike a level in GD, you have to like/dislike another level.

I've heard that routers with Netgear armor can block GDPS sign-ins. Try using [browserling.com](https://www.browserling.com/) to bypass it. Using browserling, I managed to create an account on your GDPS. :)
