A good way to see the problem is if you unzip a 30GB zip file in another explorer window and then try and move around in explorer with the preview...

The zip issue happens even though I used a different explorer window and I have the "Launch folders in a separate process" check box on

Also has an issue if I copy a font file to another directory and then I can't delete that font file again, because it is locked by the preview.

Can be fixed by downgrading to 0.2.9
