[FrontendV2] Show progress bar when a participant is uploading a submission from UI

Description

Currently, when a participant is uploading a submission they don't see the upload progress. As part of this task we have to add support for showing a progress bar for a submission being uploaded on the UI.

@Ram81 when we submit there are some dots as a progress bar there in GIF. I should replace that with some round progress bar.
