If the keymaps folder is missing at `~/Library/Preferences/PyCharm20XX.X/` manually create it and copy the `Sublime-PyCharm.xml`over like this: `~/Library/Preferences/PyCharm20XX.X/keymaps/Sublime-PyCharm.xml` Restart PyCharm.
