Changing `c1` to `1.701575` works. Effect should be very minor.

It's not extremely useful without the language system.

@tesch1 The problem isn't solved though. If you're building turbobadger on Windows you'll get the unresolved symbol without knowing how to fix it.
Could just do `std::unordered_map`
Alternatively, if you support `constexpr`, you can do a `switch` with `TBIDC(...)` instead of the `if...else`
