Update Hblauncher Loader to v1.3

If you have a New 3DS, disable the New 3DS Clock Speed option in Luma. Hold SELECT while turning on to get to the config screen

You have a New 3DS or Old 3DS ?

Delete the folder "hblauncherloader" in the root of your SD Card and try again
