If it's not going to be added to the library in the future, could the readme or the example state that logout should be handled manually using Auth0's endpoint? Perhaps...

It took me awhile as well to find out if pagination was possible. Couldn't find it in the documentation. That's @dotnetCarpenter for making this PR it helped out a lot.
