Capture all water tanks as polygon features. All building over 6 stories are required to have a water tank. It's estimated that there are 12,000 to 17,000.
Split pavement edge, curbline and roadbed where they are above or below a building or other roadbed (e.g., bridge raised roadway). Attribute the feature as above, at grade or below....
Consider removing the following: ● MEDIAN.STREET_NAME ● OPEN_SPACE_NO_PARK.NAME ● RAILROAD_STRUCTURE.NAME ● TRANSPORT_STRUCTURE.NAME
