Tag the 2022 release

We post-hoc tagged the documentation for the 2016 release when we started on 2022. Let's tag the 2022 release when we release 2022. This is the way.

We tagged the 2022 release on Jan 18 2024. Later we will need to delete and re-apply the tag to a subsequent commit. Tsk, tsk, yes.

When all download links are available and any other issues are squashed:

  1. Delete the v.2022 release first
  2. After the release is deleted, the option to delete the planimetrics-2022 tag will be available
  3. Create a new release and tag on the final 2022 documentation.
