@efb4f5ff-1298-471a-8973-3d47447115dc are you using a vpn or a proxy? I was able to reproduce with a vpn (the movie wasn't available in the region my vpn was in)

have you added the directory of your IINA executable to your path environment variable?
Could you send a screenshot of your external player configuration?
Could you use `Ctrl + Shift + i` and share any logs in the console?
