Slightly concerned about this which is mentioned in the breaking changes on the @actions/artifact repo:

Limit of Artifacts for an individual job.

Each job in a workflow run now has a limit of 10 artifacts.

It might not cause any issues since we're running it in a matrix but we should test it just in case

Per https://github.com/actions/upload-artifact/issues/470#issuecomment-1885881535 the limit is now 500 artifacts per job, which should be fine for us (we produce 29 for each nightly build).
