@ladar @maenpaa24 I can confirm that the current commits compile successfully with Ubuntu 18.04.3.

SEDutil should automatically unlock all drives at pre-boot, so long as authentication password for all drives is the same.

Please comment if you have tested this PR, including system info on test system (OS, brand of motherboard or laptop, etc).
