Hifitime version 4.0.0 has been released. Hifitime is a precision oriented time management library in Rust. Version 3.0.0 was released just over two years ago.

These tests were disabled to expedite the releasing of version 4.0, cf. https://github.com/nyx-space/hifitime/pull/339 . As per https://github.com/uraimo/run-on-arch-action/issues/152#issuecomment-2401981347 (cf. https://github.com/uraimo/run-on-arch-action/issues/154), it should be possible to reenable these tests.
