Is there a way to auto generate summary.md?

Basically, I'd see it using the folder structure. So if I had the following part1(folder) ---preface.md ---chp1(folder) ---- --- chapter1.md ---- --- chapter1Code.md ---chp2 --- ---- chapter2code.md ---chp3 ---- ----...
