Large number of indices

My cluster has around 3k indices. When I load the head plugin the browser (chrome) crashes. Are there any settings to optimize the visual homepage? Perhaps just a list view...

The generated data `json` is incorrectly marking folders without an index file as having one. This is causing the menu to create links to folders which will produce a `404`...

The current wysiwyg editor has a lot bugs.

Add some documentation on the exit() function.
