Jose kindly helped me test on Bridges2 and he saw the exact same thing - first build works, second build fails after changing m_weno.fpp, then deleting build directory and rebuilding...
I tried building again on Bridges2 and Delta using 1 processor, and got the same thing again. Here's the complete log from cloning to getting the errors, with the build...
