Webpack config does not coincide with package.json "main" or README

I ran into the same issue. Check out [PR #11](https://github.com/EverlastingBugstopper/worker-typescript-template/pull/11) though, it fixes this issue by adding the webpack config to your toml file.

Output files should always be available

This one really needs to be pulled in.
