This was an unintended consequence from a bad for loop implementation. I reverted the changes in this commit: https://github.com/ChrisTitusTech/winutil/commit/c90363181cf974c4342d5c3e01a58766d04cacf6 So this won't happen again. Thanks for letting me know!
Looks like the winget choco install isn't up to date. I'll have to write a new reinstall method.

Offline Access was added last month.
Can't merge due to winutil.ps1 deletion. I recommend discarding changes or just grabing the winutil.ps1 from the repo if you overwrite and commit direct.
Not a chance in hell I'll ever merge ANY Opera product.
Not accepting any more programs at this time. We will be moving most of the "niche" programs into a button utilizing UniGetUI.
