Added Cloudflare Warp

Cloudflare Warp is a VPN. That connects to the nearest Cloudflare Server of the user—test using https://speed.cloudflare.com and understand what it's doing to the routing and how it can help unlock sites and speed up. Also now it allows zero trust account binding which is huge for cloudflared users.

Not accepting any more programs at this time. We will be moving most of the "niche" programs into a button utilizing UniGetUI.
