Document How to construct a table of actors

We (me and Xero) have discussed and don't want to add this into the template, but issue will be left open until docs have been modified to mention `:getchildren()`

std helper function names are inconsistent with casing.

I would like to suggest that we make function names in the `xero` namespace PascalCase and variables in the `xero` namespace should use camelCase.
