I know practically nothing about C#; but after some trial-and-error, I copied `System.Security.Principal.Windows.dll` and replaced `System.Memory.dll` from `C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0` into the UWPHook install folder (`C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Briano\UWPHook` for me).
