There's an unused set/bodygroup for horns in the game for the Pyromancer's mask. I think it would be cool if these got utilized as a second style.  There's also...

[TF2] Blu Scout's pants have incorrect belt loop colors

 Ever since release, Blu Scout's pants have had inconsistent coloring on his belt loops. This is leftover from when Blu scout originally had blue pants.
