Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, turning off nginx proxy mode under nginx settings solves the issue in Plesk.

Is there any progress on having a prompt to ask for labels and/or download DIR? Specifically for Qbittorrent.

That's a real shame, is it likely to implemented any time in the near future as it would really complete the app for me, helps a lot with organising files.

I have managed to solve this but now when a phone is ringing or being called there is no way to answer.

Same issue, steps to repro are just try to tp a player back after tping them somewhere. Not sure what else you are looking for here?
