Let the server decide laser colors

This adds the option for the server to specify a laser color which will be used in the client. Otherwise the client uses the default color.

Make consoles look better

Some console ui adjustments. Also removes the background image and the console bar image. Inspired by [DDNet's console ui overhaul](https://github.com/ddnet/ddnet/pull/9233).

Normal: When running from a url: Possibly because the client falls back to GetCurrentDirectoryW (fs_getcwd) because argv does not contain the path when running from a URL
