Thanks for your code. But if i have to use ffmpeg to undo a handbrake action, then i can just as easily skip handbrake alltogether and do the whole conversion...

When you have selected e-ac3 passthrough, you get the eac3 7.1 or a-eac3 7.1 copy. So this is allready working
