Hotplugging Thunderbolt 3 does not work (known issue, but undocumented in this repo)

Brightness and Volumn control keys (F1, F2, F4, F5 and F6) do not always work after waking up from sleep.

Issue is as titled. After the system has been resumed / woken up from sleep, the brightness and volumn control keys may stop working. At times, these keys may work...
